UHP Hydroblasting Crawler M-06
A magnetic wall-climbing robot that carries an ultra-high-pressure water-jet head across steel surfaces to remove coatings, rust and marine growth.
What it does
The M-06 is the core crawler of the embodyne.ai hydroblasting range. It adheres magnetically to ship hulls and tank walls and moves the rotating water-jet head in controlled passes, producing a consistent cleaned surface while the operator stays outside the blasting zone. Water-only jetting avoids abrasive media and the dust and waste that come with it.

How it works
Place and connect
The crawler is placed on the steel surface and connected to the UHP pump and tether.
Operate remotely
The operator drives the robot remotely and sets the working pattern.
Strip in passes
The surface is stripped in overlapping passes, ready for inspection and coating.
