Cold-Plate Liquid-Cooled Compute Server CO2412-6S
A 2U cold-plate liquid-cooled server with dual Intel® Xeon® 6 processors for high-density general-purpose computing.
The CO2412-6S uses open-loop cold-plate liquid cooling with dual Intel® Xeon® 6 processors and cTDP up to 350W. PCIe 5.0 expansion and 32 DDR5 DIMM slots provide high-bandwidth compute and memory resources. Twelve 3.5″/2.5″ hot-swappable drive bays support large storage capacities and fast data access. The system supports 1300W or 2000W redundant 1+1 power supplies.

High-core-count configuration
Up to 172 P-cores or 288 E-cores, 4TB DDR5 memory and twelve LFF hot-swappable drives meet multi-core compute, large-memory and high-performance storage requirements.
Reduced core temperatures
In the published full-load test with 6787P processors at 30°C ambient temperature, CPU temperature was 69°C, compared with approximately 85–90°C for a conventional 2U air-cooled server.
Liquid-cooled room integration
Open-loop cold plates and G3/8 inlet/outlet connections accommodate most manifolds.
