An integrated, single-phase immersion-cooled 8-GPU AI platform for local models and edge applications.
The MS618-X5 integrates one 8-GPU liquid-cooled server and a central redundant power module in a single-phase immersion cabinet. Each GPU can have a thermal graphics power of up to 600W. Electrically insulating, thermally conductive and flame-retardant hydrocarbon coolant provides heat removal. The system runs from 220V mains power without a dedicated server room, precision air conditioning or a 380V industrial electrical conversion. Its 0.5 m² footprint and 130kg empty net weight suit offices, laboratories and enterprise, government and research environments. No external heat-exchange equipment is required. The integrated platform combines energy efficiency, low noise and reliability for edge AI inference and single-phase immersion-cooling proof-of-concept evaluations.
