Coolant Distribution Unit LL-120
A 4U, 19-inch liquid-to-liquid CDU for high-density server cooling with up to 120kW published cooling capacity.
The LL-120 is a rack-mounted heat-exchange unit designed for demanding data-centre installation environments and high-density liquid-cooled servers. Liquid-to-liquid cooling transfers heat from the secondary server-coolant circuit to the primary cooling-tower circuit. The unit supports ASHRAE W1–W4 coolant conditions and can manage 120+kW heat loads, supporting lower operating costs and improved CPU/GPU efficiency.
Key features
High-density cooling and redundancy
The 4U rack format provides 70kW/120kW heat removal. A stainless-steel heat exchanger, redundant power supplies and redundant pumps support reliable operation.
Visual monitoring
A 7-inch touchscreen and Web visualisation provide real-time monitoring of power consumption and core temperature loads. Flashing alarm indicators flag abnormal conditions.
Flexible deployment
Network and hotspot operating modes support deployment. Clamp fittings or optional quick-connect couplings accommodate different installation conditions.
